Cancellation Policy  – please cancel your reservation (or any part of) 24 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for unsold room nights. Some weekends require a 10 day or 2 week cancellation policy. 

Please note: we will not hesitate to charge a $75 cleaning fee for non-compliance with Michigan’s Smoke-Free Air Law (Public Act 188 of 2009) or our Pet Policy:

• Michigan State Law requires that our facility and all guest rooms be 100% smoke-free…so we are! Easy outdoor access provides a separate area for smoking.
• We are dog-friendly, but this must be requested in advance as we have specific rooms for our furry friends. The Dog Friendly Room is located on the first floor with easy access to the outside when nature calls. For active dogs, we are located on an excellent DNR Rail-to-Trail recreation path and we have plenty of open space to walk around to find the perfect spot!
